Around 60% of the estimated populations are over weight. Still they never bother or make a serious attempt to reduce it. There may be different reasons for their ignorance. May be they are not aware of their problem unless one makes them feel or they are don't want to disturb their daily chores for exercises and diets. Even if some are interested an wants to reduce their weight they would prefer for alternatives wherein they can quickly reduce their weight without consuming time or energy. Reduction if weight is an ongoing and continuous process which has not other alternative.

Many of us think rapid increase in weight is a good sign may be they are recovering from lost health or any other reason. But this becomes dangerous if not controlled. Rapid increase of weight may be thyroids. Heart problems are usually faced by people who are over weight. Joint or body pains is also a symptom or cause for over weight. Weight cannot be reduced in a day or day but sometimes one can gain weight in a quarter. Don't get fools by trusting ads or courses which promise a good physique in a short span. This may be dangerous. There are three simple steps to reduce your weight, follow a good diet plan

Make a regular diet of the food and drinks to be taken in a week. Avoid fatty or unhealthy foods. Prefer boiled food in breakfast. Boiled eggs, mixed vegetables, salads, milk. Try to intake food in low quantity but several times in a day for example 10.00 AM breakfast followed by lunch at 01.00 PM. Snacks or small lunch around 05.00 PM, juices or salads at 07.30 PM and dinner at 10.30 PM. A simple diet chart is always beneficial keeping body and digestive healthy. A glass of wine everyday is also beneficial at or around 11.00 PM.

Workouts or meditation are always helpful. To be more precise weight cannot be lost unless the excess fat is driven out through sweat. Running, jogging, muscle building, medication and abdominal exercises are very much essential. Muscle burns more calories than fat which keeps body fit, healthy and toned. Resistance bands, Pilates, or push-ups to get strong are some other equipment to manage or reduce weight. A good, well-balanced fitness routine includes aerobic workouts, strength training, and flexibility exercises.

Some people even prefer medication to keep their body weight. Pills are easily available in the markets which help either to increase or reduce weight. They are usually not preferred as they have lots of other side effects, which need not be healthy.
