Lewis Hamilton Needs To Lose Weight? I Don't Think So!

Lewis Hamilton is the youngest ever Formula 1 World Champion. At 23 he has the world at his feet. But isn't it amazing how true talent always shines through?

What makes a world champion? In nearly every case there are six essential ingredients: self-discipline, self-confidence, determination, dedication effort and practice. There is probably one other quality that sticks out, and that is single-mindedness.

The simple truth is that if you want to succeed in anything you have to make an effort. All of us need to adopt the same disciplines that Lewis Hamilton used to become world champion - perhaps in a slightly less intense way - to achieve our goals.

Every world champion can teach us a lesson. In nearly every case it boils down to the fact that success in anything doesn't come easily, you have to work at it.
