Tubal Reversal Surgery - Steps That Are Taken - Part 2

Welcome back for the second part of our overview of a tubal reversal surgery. As we said in our first part, this overview discusses the procedure as it is done by Dr. Gary Berger. In the first part, we covered what he does to lessen the trauma endured by your body so that you can recover faster and get back to your normal activities. Further in that first part, we spoke of about what is done to get into the abdominal cavity to facilitate reversing your tied tubes.

Before beginning any work on the fallopian tubes, the surgeon washes it with more anesthesia. Using iris scissors, special scissors used in delicate eye surgery, the surgeon will cut off the scarred tube sections left from the tubal ligation surgery. Then he will insert a suture material to be used as a stent to be sure there is no more blockage in the tube section. This is done with a special probe designed by and named for Dr. Winston, the originator of the first tubal ligation reversal procedure.

Next, he will continue to remove the damaged tube section from the part of the tube connected to the uterus and carefully threads the stent into that portion of the tube and on into the uterus making sure there is no further blockage. Once the two separate parts of the tube are lined up, our surgeon will place a couple stitches into the tissue below the tube to help hold it in place during its suturing and to take pressure off the stitches that will be placed into the layers of the fallopian tube. We don't want any pressure trying to pull those apart.

You may be wondering about all the suturing material at this point. You should know that this suture material is the same as is used in heart surgeries. It doesn't cause an inflammatory reaction nor the formation of scarring. You don't want scarring on your tubes.

Furthermore, the lower risk of scarring means you lower your chances for an ectopic pregnancy. Why? If your tubes have scars rather than the cilia that moves the fertilized egg along, what is going to move the egg at that point? SO you can see how important it is to keep that scarring down as much as possible. That is also why Dr. Berger does not put sutures through the inner layer of the fallopian tubes. It's to keep the scarring in there to a minimum. He only sutures the two outer layers, though it is the muscular middle layer that is the important one in holding things together.

Once that is done, the stent is removed via the fimbrial end of your tube which is the end near the ovary. After both tubes have been sutured together, the doctor begins backing out suturing layers as he goes.

In fact, the two muscles which he separated by slitting the connective tissue between, are sutured back together to minimize risk of a hernia. He even sutures the fine fascia tissue just below the skin to minimize the tension of the sutures put into the skin at final closure. Before he makes the final close in this operation, Dr. Berger will administer a final hypogastric nerve block to minimize the post surgery pain.

One last thing is done to help you with pain after the operation. Dr. Berger will attach what is called a TENS unit or transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulator. Activating this releases endorphins which help keep the pain down. You control this. Yet another step taken to make your tubal reversal surgery as quick to recover from as possible.

Needing 50ml per application, a 300ml bottle of cheap high street shampoo would give you about 6 applications. But using only 10ml per application, the professional hair care shampoo gives you approximately 30 applications in a 300ml bottle. Comparing the prices, the price per application of the professional salon shampoo is $0.66c/GBP0.33p per application, and the cheap average high street shampoo worked out at $0.64c/GBP0.32p per application.

Summary: at first glance, cheaper high street hair products appear to be a better buy and provide value for money, but on closer scrutiny there is but a hair's breadth of difference in the price of salon hair products, and cheap hair products. When you add the better quality and effectiveness of salon products into the equation, the salon products turn out to be much better value for money. Q? Are you a candidate for termination via nullity? Perhaps, but this remedy should only be sought where the validity of the marriage is in doubt. The difference between nullity of a marriage and martial dissolution is that they are based on opposing assumptions.

A marital dissolution action is used to terminate an otherwise valid marriage on grounds that arise after marriage. On the other hand, a nullity is pursued because the petitioner (the filing party) believes that at the time of the marriage, no valid marriage ever occurred.

That is, a nullity action asks a question? Was this marriage a valid marriage from the inception? A court must inquire as to whether the marriage was valid from day one.

Is your marriage a valid one or is there some doubt? Were all of your formalization procedures (like obtaining the license, solemnization, and authentication) performed correctly? If not, these could be potential grounds for nullity. However, a marriage may be void or voidable for other reasons including incest, bigamy, inducement by fraud or force, or where one or both parties were minors at the time of the marriage.

Supposing nullity is a viable option remember that there are disadvantages of a nullity proceeding, including but not limited to the following. You must proving grounds for a judgment of nullity. How to Wash Your Hair Properly

You may or may not know this, but there is a 'right' way to wash your hair. For washing your hair properly, it is important that you get all of your hair completely wet, as washing dry hair is difficult.

Often people will just add a big dollop to the palm of their hand and then start rubbing it in. This is not the way to do it. Step 3. - The proper way to wash your hair. There two biggest errors people usually make in washing their hair are: 1). Scrubbing/massaging too hard 2). Rinsing off shampoo too quickly. Cheap High Street Hair Care Products a False Economy?

Looking after your hair is a top priority if you pride yourself on having clean and healthy looking hair, and using quality hair care products (i.e. shampoo and conditioner) is a must. However, when it comes to getting the best value for money should you buy professional salon hair care products, or would cheap high street hair care products be just as good?

Cheap hair products available from the average high street store might appear to be better value for money because of their lower cost, while professional salon hair care products often appear to be pricier, with the average salon hair products priced at $20/GBP10, and a similar size cheap hair care product costing $4/GBP2.

When you weigh up cheap hair care products and professional salon hair care products and compare them on price alone, cheaper hair care products seem to be far and away the obvious choice, costing 1/5th the price of salon products, giving you what appears to be 5 times the amount of product for the same money.

However... when you carry out a closer inspection of the differences between cheap hair products and professional salon hair products, does cheap hair care products really provide the better value for money, or is buying cheap hair products a false economy? Let's take a closer look...

To discover which in the long term out of cheap hair care products from the high street and professional salon hair care products proved the best value for money, we decided to test the products to find out how the high street hair products compare with the salon professional hair products.

In our test we compared a 300ml bottle of an average high street shampoo, and an equivalent 300ml bottle of salon professional shampoo. The high street shampoo needed about 50ml per application to clean the hair to our required standard, whereas the salon shampoo needed only 10ml per application to clean the hair to the same required standard.

Using 50ml per application, the average high street hair shampoo provides approximately 6 applications per 300ml bottle. With just 10ml used per application, the professional salon hair shampoo gives you around 30 applications per 300ml bottle. Doing a little math, the cost per applications are $0.64c/GBP0.32p for the cheap high street shampoo, and $0.66c/GBP0.33p for the salon professional shampoo.

Result: although the high street shampoo appears to be better value, in truth there is very little difference in cost compared to the professional hair shampoo. The professional shampoo is of much higher quality and more effective in cleaning your hair. Buying cheap high street hair shampoo is a false economy. Q? Why would you want to use an inferior product on your hair?
