Drink water or fruit juices instead of carbonated beverages or beer, and eat high-fibre foods. These include fruits and vegetables. Eat fish insead of animal meat and you'll get healthy omega-3 fats insead of unhealthy animal fat.

The trick to healthy eating is to increase your metabolism. You can do this by eating little many times a day. This boosts the metabolism of the body since it has to work a lot more to be able to burn this continuous intake of food instead of occasionally while trying to digest the few big meals.
