Getting Rid of Love Handles is Vital to Your Health

By Ted Stetson

Looking for a way of getting rid of your love handles? One of the places our ingested foods go to take up semi-permanent residence is our mid-section, where it eventually turns into body fat.

How much your love handles hang over the top of your favorite pair of slacks or dress is directly related to the amount of exercise (or lack thereof) you are getting and/or what you are feeding your face with. I hope you caught those two words so many fail to hear or choose to ignore.....DIET and/or EXCERCISE (preferably both). Like it or not, diet and exercise will need be part of you getting rid of your love handles. That said, the goal is to help you do that as quickly and painlessly as possible.

So, how do you fix your love handle problem? Perhaps you could think about skipping that 4 hour couch marathon this weekend and go for a walk instead. Perhaps you could watch what you eat a little more. Understand, losing weight is going to take a bit of work. Good luck if you are seeking that magic pill.

Many people and diet programs way over-complicate things! Again, you WILL lose part or all of your love handles and other unwanted body fat through honest diet & exercise, period. It's funny though how the word, exercise scares people because it shouldn't. You don't have to run 5 miles a day or spend two hours on the treadmill. Just find what works for you, do it regularly and tweak it as you go. One hour a day can do wonders if you stick with it.

Focus on your diet & exercise goals, get going and stay on track until it is a part of your life that you don't want to let go. You can do it without a ton of effort as long as you have a plan to begin with and stay with it. The key is consistency and not starting off too fast. Keep it real considering the load your body can safely handle based on your age, gender, the shape you are in plus other factors.

The reason why many people fail to stay on an effective, easy exercise program is because they go for unrealistic results too quickly. You need to set a plan that is realistic, a plan that will lead you down a path to success. You must stop wasting time and thought on magic answers.

Remember, it's going to take an organized effort on your part, which will make it much easier for you to actually accomplish your goal. Get serious about losing your love handles and other unwanted body fat and keeping it off for good.

It is important that you pay attention to your diet as well. If you fail to do so, you will need to work much harder at exercising in order to compensate for your neglected dietary plan. Remember, losing your love handles or any other unwanted weight on your body, is about having a simple plan, taking action and sticking with that plan, period. - 15343
